These explorations were part of an identity discovery process for a website concept.  This features the creative genius of Damon Pidhajecky, a former Zynga guy with a lot to say about the future of social gaming.

The challenge:

find some iconic imagery that speaks to the fundamental culture of gamers and game developers in particular while emphasizing the social / personal aspect.  Fulfill a thirst for authenticity in this space and strike a unique tone.

The solution:

Eventually we landed on rendering the process of merging authentic social imagery into a digital perspective.  This sheer force of the organic and mechanistic illustrate the frontier that Mr. Pidhajecky is exploring.  This is a discussion about the process of putting people into a digital place to do human things.
